He discovered that he is a “people person” when he is pursuing his professional qualification in accountings and started to pursue his passion in the fitness industry and training industry. He has knowledge about nutrition and fitness and has been actively bettering people’s lives through sharing his nutrition knowledge and effective workouts with his clients.

Kenny Lai has been in the training industry since Year 2013. He is now a trainer with Edu Action. Edu Action, a company who is specialized in team building trainings. He started his training journey as a facilitator. He has worked on and off the stage to learn the training modules in and out in order to conduct a successful training. Since then, he has honed his skill both as a sales executive and trainer.

Kenny Lai believes in “Positive Thinking“ when inspires, motivate and enrich participants with skills, knowledge and learning techniques that are made easy to understand and execute.
