Hilson is someone who is always fully charged. He specializes in team building. His methods of raising the energy of the participants is through creative and clever ideas. For example, recently when the Covid-19 pandemic hit the country, Hilson transformed the way team building was carried-out. He uses online digital platforms which is not entirely alien to us. In fact, I’ve personally participated in a Treasure Hunt in Japan without having to fly to Japan. This is a team building program and I must say it was fun and engaging. It certainly had all the factors for team building.
As a lead facilitator, Hilson and his co-facilitators has brought to me the important of team work among the members of the team, effective communication with each other in my team, reflect on how we handle our emotions when we are under stress and etc. The game has obviously raised my energy. I would highly recommend that you give Hilson a call if you are thinking of how to rejuvenate your staff and managers. Thank you.

EduAction’s Team Building invited me for a preview session – a totally new way of having teambuilding without leaving the comfort of your office/home, without the need to pack your bags, no change of clothes, no sweat or getting wet. we learned to communicate to solve the questions given. We learned how to make do with only what we have – technology to complete the tasks. We learned how to help each other without the need to be physically there. We also learned that being calm during challenging times helps – in this case, unstable connection, and limited technical resources. To have the most out of this teambuilding, we were 100% participative – which is crucial.
I highly encourage companies to engage EduAction for their teambuilding workshops. The EduAction team is dedicated to ensuring that the participants will take back the key learnings for a highly efficient team to perform in their workplace while enjoying the experience of another country.

I attended Hilson’s Global Trekking Japan and Hercules gamification course recently. I found it to be surprisingly to be very structured and interesting class!
